Headaches (tension, migraine, cluster)
Inner ear problems
Craniosacral massage was first developed by a Cranial Osteopath named William Sutherland. Sutherland a direct link between the inhibition of movement in the indiviual cranial joints and specific dysfunctions of the head and body. In the 1970s John Upledger, a well know osteopath and chiropractor, and a team of scientists conducted studies to prove or disprove the rhythmic movement throughout the spinal column and between the bones in the skull. They found that the bones in the skull do have very small movement in specific directions. Now craniosacral therapy is a well known and proven techniques using very light pressure to help move the joints in the skull and reestablish their natural flow.
